Conditioning Classes – Seniors

Our senior group classes are reserved for our high risk members during the COVID 19 response. People of all athletic abilities and backgrounds complete a WOD (“Workout of the Day”), which may be scaled up or down for each individual. This class is designed for both beginners to CrossFit and seasoned athletes.

Every class is led by an experienced coaches, and includes skill work and progressions for the movements in the workout. Throughout the class, your coach will continue to provide instruction and encouragement to everyone in the class.

Our programming consists of a warmup, a strength or skill section, a cardio section, and a cool down. You can check out each day’s programming on our Workout of the Day page.
