Denton Barbell Club
Come work your positions, speed and power in the Olympic-style weightlifting movement (snatch, clean, jerk)! These 75 minute classes center around technique work, but also include core training and raw strength development. Classes are by invitation only as this is a sports club. Beginners to Olympic lifting will need to contact a DentonMAC coach about private introductory classes.
