The DentonMAC Difference
The Denton Martial Arts Center focuses on the cultivation of a better person in all aspects mind, body, and spirit. Through dedicated practice of the arts offered at our facility, the sincere student will grow into the fullest, best version of themselves. The teachers are concerned with keeping the traditions and integrity of their respective arts, but at the same time, are open to meeting the individual on their level.
The DentonMAC staff recognizes that self defense begins with physical rigor in training. The process continues with refinement of one’s physical and mental aptitude. We look first to overcome ourselves, not simply learn how to best others. Mastering ourselves allows us to overcome other adversity, whether a physical altercation, career change, or family matter.
The DentonMAC offers several options for improvement, from Aikido, Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Zazen mediation. We wish for you to find the path that fits your needs. All of the arts will generate liveliness in the training, while creating a sense of community among practitioners.
